Meet Harish – A Transformation Story

Harish, a four-year-old child, was previously irregular to school. With the introduction of attractive classroom paintings and play materials in learning corners, he started attending school regularly and began playing collaboratively with friends.

Thanks to the engaging environment created through our Early Learner Readiness Program (ELRP), Harish began showing remarkable progress in learning.

Now, Harish can:

Count stones up to 5 accurately.
Engage actively in picture reading.
Create imaginative storylines using books.

Impact of ELRP Pilot Program

In the academic year 2024–25, we successfully completed the ELRP pilot in one school in Thiruvarur district, impacting 18 students over six months (September 2024 – February 2025).

What's Next?

We plan to scale the program to 4 more schools across 2 blocks (Thiruvarur and Koradacherry) in the next academic year (2025–26), reaching 100+ students.
