Our Programs

The Early Learner Readiness Program (ELRP) is to ensure quality Early Childhood Education for every child in LKG to UKG in government schools and Anganwadis. We piloted our ELRP program at one school, impacting 18 students over a period of six months (September 2024 – February 2025). Building on this success, we are now preparing to scale up the program to 4 more schools in Thiruvarur, impacting 100+ students, for the 2025-26 academic year.

In this academic year 2025-26, EQUIP is expanded to other scholarship exams such as TN CM Talent Search Exam and Tamil Language Talent Search Exam along with National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Exam. The EQUIP was initiated and implemented for the academic year 2024-25 in the district with the dual aim of improving the academic performance of students studying in classes 7 and 8 in government schools, as well as increasing the number of students qualifying for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMS) at class 8.
